Welcome to the land of Frequently Asked Questions—where we spill the tea on shipping times, shirt fits, mug magic, and what to do if your order arrives sideways. The Goods

Q: What sizes do your t-shirts come in?
A: Our tees are size inclusive, ranging from XS to 5XL depending on the cut. Size charts are included on each product page—because guessing is only fun in party games.

Q: Are your shirts unisex?
A: Most of them, yes! We like to offer inclusive clothing, and many of our shirts are gender neutral. However, we also offer women's cuts on select styles. If the fit matters, check the size chart or drop us a line—we’ve got your back (literally). We may be able to make a different size or fit version available.

Q: What kind of mugs are these?
A: High-quality ceramic, 11oz or 15oz, with a hefty feel and designs that don’t flinch in the face of dishwashers or microwaves. They’re perfect for daily use and here for your coffee chaos.

Q: Will the print fade or peel?
A: Nope. Our printing partners use direct-to-garment or sublimation printing, which means long-lasting designs that survive Monday mornings, mystery spills, and laundry days.

Q: How should I wash my t-shirt or mug?
A: For t-shirts, machine wash cold and tumble dry low for best results. Mugs are dishwasher safe, but hand washing will help preserve the design.

Shipping Shenanigans

Q: How long will it take to get my stuff?
A: Each item is made just for you. Production usually takes 2–7 business days, then shipping kicks in:

  • U.S. orders: typically arrive in 4–12 business days
  • International orders: up to 21 days (we wish we could bribe customs with coffee)

Delivery times vary by location, shipping method, and time of year (during heavier shipping seasons, such as around Christmas, please allow additional transit time!).

 Economy shipping, when available, is SSSSLLLLOOOOOWWWW. We recommend standard shipping, which for most parts of the US during not crazy times of the year usually takes 2-5 business days from the time it passes to the carrier.

Q: Will I get tracking info?
A: You bet. As soon as your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking link so you can follow your tee’s journey like a proud parent.

Q: Where do your products ship from?
A: Our products are printed and shipped by trusted in the U.S. Your item will ship from the location closest to you (when possible) to speed things along. 

 

Payments & Pricing

Q: What payment methods do you take?
A: All the usual suspects: major credit cards, PayPal, ShopPay Apple Pay, Google Pay. If you’re bartering goats, though, we’re not quite there yet.

Q: Will I be charged sales tax?
A: Possibly. It depends on where you live and whether your local tax gremlins are hungry. Most places they are. 

Returns & “Oops” Moments

Q: Can I return or exchange something?
A: We want you to love your items as much as we loved designing them. That said, we are a small family business, so we do ask that you check sizing tables and order appropriately. If something arrives damaged or weirdly wrong, we’ll fix it faster than you can say “WhimSpin.” Please see our full refund policy for full details.

Q: My item arrived damaged or misprinted—now what?
A: Email us at returns@whimspin.com within 14 days with your order number and a photo. We’ll make it right, no drama required.
